Our international projection has allowed us to identify different tastes in each region and adapt our formulations, colors, granulometries, herbs or spices to each of them.

We also have Panko, breadcrumb made in Japanese style that gives a different texture, very crunchy and an airy appearance in the breaded meat, fish, vegetables and seafood.

We also worry about food intolerances and in that sense, our interest in satisfying all our customers has led us to also investigate in the Gluten Free field. Our subsidiary Healthy Raw Materials, specialized in the manufacture and commercialization of Gluten-Free ingredients, as well as for the bakery, pastry and pastry industry, has also developed various breading systems with predust, batter, tempura, béchamel and breadcrumbs with ELS certification at European level.
